For one of our clients, a company in the pharmaceutical sector located close to the centre of Brussels, we are currently looking for a Management Assistant to reinforce their team.
Your profile:
You are fluent in French and English
You have driven and are ready to embrace an entrepreneurial career
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function
You have excellent coordination skills and you take initiatives
You are resourceful and proactive
You are eager to learn and able to see the bigger picture
You have business maturity
Your responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
Provide administrative support in the HR Department, help with back-office processing of employment contracts (upcoming project: transfer 50 employees from one entity to another), organise logistics for learning & development (trainings) act as back-up for payroll processing, take initiative (such as create tutorials on HR software) handle car fleet management, and handle various operational and administrative tasks related to HR
